I'll have to admit to having a bit of writer's block when it comes to making entries for the San Antonio Massage Blog. I haven't been able to come up with a new topic that you, the reader, might find interesting. Maybe it's just me. Maybe it's just because I'm too close to the subject matter. So, if there's a massage therapy or bodywork related subject you would like to see presented here on the San Antonio Massage Blog, just leave a comment on this entry and I'll take it into consideration. Thanks.

hi,You have a very good blog that the main thing a lot of interesting and useful! Sports Massages , thanks
Look into the Herbert Benson Relaxation Response protocol. It is very helpful when we get stressed and our brains seize up. Might help with the writers block.
Thanks for your concern Ross, but I have been aware of Dr. Benson's work for quite some time. I assure all my readers I am not stressed, but having written about many massage related subjects over the years it's just more difficult finding something new to write about.
Sounds like a case of needing a "fueling up". Writers often need to keep absorbing and digesting new information in order to keep producing. Keep up to date with massage news, massage trends or whatever in the massage world takes your interest and the ideas will flow! Good luck.
Can you tell me why working on the pectoral and abdominal muscles is not a standard part of a full-body relaxation massage (I'm male)? It seems like those are pretty large muscles to skip!
I know I can ask that they be included, but I don't have any reason (they aren't tighter than any other muscles) other than it just feels good. I'm especially hesitant when the therapist is female, because I don't want her to think I'm only asking so that she might be put in a position where she is leaning over my face. I really have no other motive than that I find it relaxing. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Keep up the good work on your blog page.
I know how you feel about coming up with new ideas-
